Yet more characters introduced. I think I may start up a story arc….

August 19th, 2009Why You Should Always Do Your Homework
August 19th, 2009I hate having just one phone. A year or so after I got my first REAL cell phone, we discontinued our landline service. A few months after that, for some reason, my father failed to pay our cell bill, and we were temporarily disconnected. No phone contact at all. So I went out and got an AT&T GoPhone. Just as an interim phone until Dad got the primary phones up and running again. After Dad got things squared away, I had become accustomed to the GoPhone, and switched the SIM cards to see what happened. Lo and Behold, it still worked. So I kept that phone as a backup phone, should either our service cease or my primary break.
Fast forward to a few months ago. My primary broke. Read the rest of this entry »
New Friends, Old Friends
August 7th, 2009Ok, a few things here. First off, new comic. View, laugh, cry, inquire about my maturity level.
Second, new server technically means new address. I know, I know, it seems that we get a new address every fortnight. Thing is, tho, we are now being served from a legit web provider. And in a few weeks, I may be able to afford the premium membership, meaning I’ll have unlimited space, bandwidth, and a real, honest to goodness web address. The old address will still re-direct you to the new one, but I’d still urge you to change your bookmarks. Or bookmark, as the case may be, because I still think it’s just me and Bourbs here.
OK, now that that’s out of the way, third: WE’RE EVIL MONKEY APPROVED! Check out the sidebar.
Office Fever – The Return
August 2nd, 2009A new comic, and the return of an old friend. I decided to actually try and draw the Chief in this style, and was presently surprised that my first attempt wasn’t the worst I could do. This’ll help me get back to the original purpose of the comic, and away from certain TV shows that stole my idea – I mean, have similar plots.
Although, I kinda wonder how this will change the dynamic of the comic. Steve replaced the Chief as the main character in the past, so I’m interested in seeing what will change.
My Computer Is An Emo Pheonix
August 2nd, 2009It keeps trying to off itself, only to be resurrected. I’ve had to reformat and reinstall Windows several times, and I think the problem is with one or both of my externals. There seems to be some malware lurking in them, and I think it has something to do with someone trying to give me a ripped screening of the new Star Trek film (Saw it in theatres, by the by. Excellent movie). That, and my computer now overheats worse than a fat man in Florida, has prevented me from doing much of anything in the way of new comics.
That ends tonight. Read the rest of this entry »
Like Duke Nukem Forever, Except I’ve Finished
July 15th, 2009Well well well, it’s 4 am but I’ve done it! The Birthday episode is all done! You can view the whole of it via the link on the side!
Now to bed!
Impatience Is A Virtue
July 14th, 2009I couldn’t wait any longer. Ol’ Quick Draw Atti, they call me. Er… I should rethink that one.
Anywho, I’ve uploaded what I have done of our Birthday saga. Just a few more pages, and we’ll have the whole story!
Special thanks, and I think writing credits, ought to go to Bourbs and Nora for their input. They know why.
The Lulz are Strong with This One
July 13th, 2009My good friend Bourbonsauce (whom I will hereafter refer to as Bourbs; it’s easier) is the guy who got me to come back to the world of web comics through his own, Serenely Absurd. IT GOES TO HIS SITE OR IT GETS THE HOSE.
While he is working on re-vamping his site, and adding more content (sounds familiar, now I think on it), he’s given us a present: our first guest comic.
This will be the first in a new category of comics – Crossovers. Whether there will ever be a crossover involving some sort of plot remains to be seen, and I’ll probably end up re-organizing everything, resulting in a change of category, but I work in a bit, so this’ll do.
And I should point out, this will be the first of sanctioned crossovers. If I were to blatantly steal characters from other comics or whatnot, for plot purposes, I’ll be hiding them among the normal comics so as not to get sued.
